The support from the team is very poor. i got the parcel without any instructions ,warranty card and invoice. i had difficulty in assembling the cycle as the video on the website and the model sent were a little different. team messaged they will revert but did not revert at all. even though i could figure out the assembly with help from some of my friends, I insist that every pack should have a instruction manual by default.and on request the team should revert back with the solution rather than saying they will get back and dont do at all.

the cycle is ok. but the sync between the parent control bar and the handle bar of the cycle is not good. the five point harness belt also is not upto the mark.
